Bernstein: Although Robinhood and OpenAI are controversial, the trend of tokenized stocks is inevitable

Bernstein analysts wrote that, as Robinhood pointed out, the tokenization of private equity often lacks key rights such as company consent and pre-emptive rights, and although companies such as OpenAI and SpaceX already have liquidity in the private market, there is still strong market demand for tokenizing less liquid private assets.
