The GMX hacker has converted $42.80 million in stolen funds into ETH.
According to Ember (@EmberCN) monitoring, in the $GMX V1 pool attack, the hacker has converted all stolen assets except FRAX (including WBTC, WETH, UNI, LINK, USDC, USDT) into 11,700 $ETH, worth approximately $32.33 million at the current price, and deposited them into 4 wallets. In addition, the hacker still holds approximately 10.495 million FRAX, with a total asset value of approximately $42.80 million.
The hacker's above actions seem to indicate that they have rejected the "repay the assets to get a 10% white hat bounty" proposal put forward by the $GMX project team. [Odaily Planet Daily]
