July 17th, according to Reuters, Sberbank, Russia's largest state-owned bank, expressed its desire to provide custody services for Russian cryptocurrency assets, aiming to take a leading role in the development of Russia's digital assets. After seeing more and more banks elsewhere start to offer custody services, the bank has submitted a proposal to the central bank regarding regulating cryptocurrency assets in the country.
