Avtar Sehra is the Founder and CEO of Libre Capital and the co-founder of STBL. He has held leadership positions in investment banking and consulting firms specializing in financial engineering, risk management and data operations. He has a PhD in Theoretical Particle Physics from Swansea University, Wales and an MSc in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from Imperial College.
