Richard Liu is Huma Finance co-founder and co-CEO and Foothill Ventures Investment Partner. He was previously an engineer at Meta, director of engineering at Google, and senior manager at Oracle. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Florida, a Master of Automation from Tsinghua University, and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of Sichuan.
