We would support a standing retainer for @TheVinhNguyen4 if he wanted to accept for providing oversight to the #TerraClassic core repo. We would for @frag_dude also. . With @TerraCasino_io we sponsored his KYC so that is no issue. . He's consistent, reliable, has always put propriety and the #TerraClassic ecosystem first. . We still would like to see an L1 Dev pool, waiting for @Genuine__Labs to respond.

We chose to vote 'No' on the 12087 proposal for reasons outlined below. Importantly we consulted with @Genuine__Labs, @frag_dude and @TheVinhNguyen4 directly and all agreed that it was apparent that it 'may' not be possible to test SDK 0.50 using Terra Localnet with mainnet state. Because the proposal says 'Only when all tasks listed above are finished, we will submit for a CP spend proposal', this could have left @Genuine__Labs in a position where they maybe would not have been able to be paid. So best not to leave them in this situation. It is very important to test an upgrade to SDK 0.50 because even though the audit is completed, there is instability and no chain as large as #TerraClassic has been upgraded to this. Better to get it right, than rush and slip up. Stability is massively important. It was great to see all the active L1 developer contributors talking constructively. @TerracVita spends a lot of time finding the facts before we vote with our validator, we pride ourselves on making informed decisions to help #TerraClassic recover. We may not always win the popular vote, but we aim to recover $LUNC and we place our votes where the community's true heart is. If @Genuine__Labs, @frag_dude and @TheVinhNguyen4 want to unite (but still be able to bid separately for work) @TerraCVita and @TerraCasino_io will pay for a @CertiK KYC for a L1 Dev Pool. We need skill, experience, and enthusiasm, but most of all stability, in our L1 team.

As a responsible validator we've consulted experts on 12087.All 3 of the most experienced developers on #TerraClassic are saying no to upgrade from v0.46 to v0.50 for safety reasons.
